I am now working at Earnest Henry Mine, just outside Cloncurry[about the size of Hofmeyer], Northern Queensland, in the Outback. As you can see by the landscape, it's so flat you can see right into next week[very much like Die Vrystaat]. I work 2 weeks on, 1 week off, fly in and out of Brissies. It's really a nice site and really good bunch of guys. The camp is cool and the food is 5 star. I already put on 2kg in the 2 weeks I've been there. We have a maintenance and repair contract on 16 Komatsu 830 electric drive trucks[250ton payload] Really enjoying being back in mining and earning decent bucks again.
