What a stunning place.Must be the whitest sand I've ever seen.

Camp Mountain / Jurassic Park

Last weekend we went up to Camp Mountain with the Ballantyne's for a good old fashioned wood braai. (Free wood provided) Spectacular views etc & enjoyed a relaxing braai til the invasion of three huge lizard type things (legavaans), Debbie & Jan landed up on the table, and Ian and Jamie had fun chasing them with an assortment of knives and implements. Discovered they are carnivorious & love SA Boerewors!! That of course, was the fatal mistake, to feed them, needless to say, we quickly packed up & left!! Went to walkabout creek and saw the Duck billed Platypus, wallabies, snakes etc.
